Fun & Frolic Planned for Diamond Year Celebration
Community Rocks is our new signature fundraising event. Building on the tradition of success enjoyed by the former Night of Stars, Community Rocks is a relaxed evening for you and your friends to enjoy. Leave the tux and evening gowns at home and dress as you would for a weekend night out with your friends! You may even choose to play along with the 1920's theme and dress from the era. Either way guests will all have a blast at Community Rocks, The Diamond Year!
The doors open at 5:30 PM and guests will enjoy a variety of passed canapés and a host bar until the first performance at 7:00PM. Chantal Kreviazuk will entertain the audience until the intermission at 8:00PM.
The intermission will feature an exquisite variety of specialty food stations throughout The Carlu before the second performance. View the full menu. Specialty Food Stations will serve a variety of mini or bite sized portions for easy mingling during the intermission - you won't want to miss these! Tickets for the Community Rocks Raffle and chances to enter other draws will be available from when the doors open to the end of the intermission. Check out the Raffles & Fundraising Activities. We need your support for these important fundraising activities on November 2nd and we'll be accepting cash, debit, VISA and MASTERCARD at mobile locations within the event.
Colin James & The Little Big Band begins promptly after the intermission at 9:00PM and ends at 10:00PM. Each guest will receive a gift bag to take home. Join us on Sunday November 2, 2008 for a celebration of six decades of Community Living Toronto.
